Zhu Sha is a contemporary Chinese oil painter known for his poetic landscapes and contemplative still lifes. His work is characterized by layered color fields, subtle tonal transitions, and a distinctive balance between structural strength and lyrical sensitivity. Drawing from both Impressionist color principles and the Russian academic tradition, Zhu creates atmospheric compositions that emphasize mood, spatial depth, and inner reflection rather than strict realism.
